Konecta Housing was founded in 2020 with the sole purpose of finding investors in the United Kingdom interested in buying properties in Barcelona.

Alejandro Nunez (CEO) and Jose Avila (both founder partners) started their journey when they realised the increasing number of British investors willing to get a piece of one of the most sought-after property markets in Europe: Barcelona City Centre.

Brexit has made the purchasing process less straightforward than it used to be. Obtaining the NIE (Foreigner Identification Number), opening an account in a Spanish bank, signing documents and every single step from the point when you take the decision to collecting the keys of your property is now way different than pre-Brexit.

Our mantra is having great communication and making you feel you are represented.

The language barrier and different residence countries are the main reasons why investors are reluctant. We work close enough to each of our clients to make them feel comfortable with contracts and legislation wording, keeping them up to date on every step of the process.
